Abstract
This paper defines the industrial symbiosis (IS) networks stability, points the Characteristics of IS networks in Industrial Parks, and discusses the mold that the networks with competition based on Niche theory. Finally, the paper emphasizes that the factors should be coordination in industrial parks so as to make such networks stabilization and development step by step.
