Abstract
Cultural and creative industry is a new industrial form, which has broad development prospects. However, many emerging cultural industrial parks are enclosed in disguise, and some are not clearly positioned but only used as pure tourism development resources, lacking the dynamic adaptation and innovation ability of the internal and external environment of the cluster. From the development trend of world cultural industry, industrial cluster is an important organizational form of cultural industry development and an important symbol of cultural industry layout system, and cultural industry cluster has a strong geographical spatial clustering feature. Cultural industry is not only an important driving force to promote economic development, but also reflects the soft power of a country and the international competitiveness of a country. In view of the trend of the cluster development of cultural industry, this paper analyzes the relationship between the urbanization process and the development of urban cultural industry in China, puts forward the planning ideas of cultural industry spatial layout based on computer software analysis, and emphasizes the important influence of urban development context on the continuation of urban culture and its industrial development.
