Abstract
Cement is one of the most important construction material. Cement is a backbone of civil engineering work. Development of whole world depends upon increasing infrastructure. For which cement is very necessary. Manufacturing of cement produce huge amount of carbon di-oxide and other greenhouse gases which is hazardous to the environment causes pollution. Hence it is very necessary to develop alternative binding material instead of cement for construction. Many researchers contribute their work on replacement of cement in concrete.
