Abstract

The research on shaping the cohesion of top management team (TMT) in EPC project has great significance for carrying on EPC project in China. The paper firstly defines the cohesion meaning of top management team (TMT) in EPC project. Then, it points out that the cohesion shaping of top management team (TMT) in EPC project mainly lies in the balance of every member's psychological contract, and more, constructs the cohesion shaping model of top management team (TMT) in EPC project based on psychological contract. Finally, based on the model, aming at the top management team (TMT) in EPC project, the paper proposes the countermeasures for the no-balance of psychological contract.
