Abstract

Based on a comprehensive big data analysis of the local and migrant workers in the three northeastern provinces, we have obtained insights into the scale distribution, migration flow, employment situation, and challenges faced by this workforce. This analysis aims to inform the top-level design and create a conducive environment for the development of rural electricity, thereby promoting the rationalization of rural labor transfer and sustainable development in the region. The data reveals a diverse pattern in the distribution of migrant workers, with some provinces experiencing a higher influx of migrant labor than others.
