Abstract

Green buildings have the advantages of green, energy saving, and environmental protection, so they have become the main development direction of the future construction industry. Compared with traditional building forms, green buildings have higher requirements for design, construction, operation, and other links, so they may face more risk factors. The application of computer-aided technology, represented by BIM, can greatly improve the risk management ability of construction enterprises, which has been widely concerned by the community. Under this background, according to the whole life cycle theory, the whole process risk evaluation indicator system of green building projects is constructed, and the weight of each risk factor is determined by the entropy weight method. Taking a project as an example, this paper discusses the performance of three types of construction enterprises in green building risk management: BIM Technology, traditional computer-aided technology, and no computer-aided technology. Finally, on the basis of the empirical analysis, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the risk management ability of green building projects, so as to accelerate the healthy development of China's green building industry.
