Abstract
The development of electronic commerce is so fast in recent years. As its great advantage gradual appears, the construction of Electronic commerce and Reverse Logistics is more and more concerned by the business circles. The integration of the two has become an important means for enterprises to reduce constant enhance competitiveness. This article discusses the Characteristics of Reverse Logistics under E-commerce environment and is important for enterprise development. Finally, it is proposed the corresponding reverse logistics management strategy under the electronic commerce environment.
