Abstract
From the perspective of urban renewal, this paper takes the old factory area of Liuzhou City as an example, and renovates and develops the old blocks that need to be replaced by functions. This work uses scientific theories to guide the renewal and transformation, and takes the principle of seeking truth from facts and people-oriented as the principle of renewal and transformation, and realizes the transformation and renewal through various means.
