Abstract
Logistics service quality of chain store is vital to the chain store’s operation. Through researching the domestic and overseas literature, the paper puts forward the concept and components of chain store logistics capability. It also develops a model to study the relationship between chain store logistics capability and logistics service quality. The model is developed based on the current situation and problems in Chinese chain store logistics, which not only clearly shows the directions to promote logistics service quality in chain store, but also lays the foundation for future empirical research on the model in China.
