Abstract

This project is to design a refrigeration energy-saving device that utilizes a large amount of waste heat and noise in the engine room to convert it into useful electrical energy, so as to drive the refrigeration device to cool the engine room. The main principle of the device is piezoelectric ceramic power generation and semiconductor power generation. The device effectively utilizes engine room noise and waste heat to generate electricity through piezoelectric ceramic power generation and semiconductor power generation technology, which can not only effectively reduce the temperature and noise of the engine room, but also generate electric energy to utilize low-quality energy. The advantage is that it can maintain sustainable social development and has outstanding effects in environmental protection, so the project has good application prospects in the field of new energy. In this project, noise and waste heat are both low-quality energy. Noise power generation and waste heat power generation are a new energy conversion method. If the energy generated by noise and the excess heat generated by the engine room are recovered, and converted into electricity, further use It can be used for cooling and cooling, and at the same time improve the conversion rate. In the face of the increasingly scarce energy in human society, it will also be a supplement. Adhering to the concept of reducing noise pollution and increasing new energy, to achieve the purpose of energy development, environmental protection, energy conservation and income increase, it is also in line with the requirements of green science and has practical significance.
