Abstract

The cross-eye jamming is one of the most effective methods for monopulse radar. In this paper, the rectangular array retrodirective cross-eye jamming method is proposed to solve the problems of strict tolerance traditional retrodirective cross-eye jamming method. Considering the echo of the target platform, the mathematical model of the rectangular array retrodirective cross-eye jamming is deduced by using the extended analysis method, and the general expressions of the jamming-to-signal ratio (JSR) and indication angle are obtained. Finally, it is compared with the traditional retrodirective cross-eye jamming method. The conclusion is that the rectangular array retrodirective cross-eye is better than the traditional retrodirective cross-eye jamming method.
