Abstract

This paper makes a detailed study and analysis of the operation mechanism and system application of the intelligent meter recognition system. From three aspects of improving the success rate of acquisition, improving the success rate of cost control implementation and improving the quality of data acquisition, it finds out the constraints in the whole process of operation and maintenance, and puts forward and implements a series of optimization measures. After implementation, the stability and success rate of data acquisition have been further improved, the success rate of remote cost control has been significantly improved, and the quality management of data acquisition has been improved, which has laid a foundation for the operation and maintenance research to improve the company’s marketing and production automation level. For the sampling operation mechanism, the fault monitoring and sending single mechanism is an important link. The research has identified the specific advantages of the new fault monitoring and sending single mechanism in five aspects: exception monitoring and analysis, closed-loop management process, operation knowledge base, on-site application and evaluation indicators, and improved the efficiency of collection and operation.
