Abstract

In order to realize the increasing demand of simulation system in intelligent manufacturing workshop, this paper studies the data acquisition, data communication and simulation optimization technology in the workshop production process. It uses real-time data transmission interface to analyze and transfer parameters to realize data-driven simulation, by reducing the number of points and faces of the model, LOD technology collision detection and process animation to optimize the simulation. Based on the Unity3D development platform, a real-time data-driven workshop simulation system was developed to realize the true mapping from the physical world to the virtual world. The actual application case shows that the system has performance of real time, smoothness, visualization and accuracy.
