Abstract

Rapid temperature measurement technology plays an important role in many special fields, but the response speed of the temperature sensor is difficult to improve, so the research of the rapid temperature prediction algorithm becomes more and more important. In view of the deficiency of existing rapid temperature measurement algorithm, a new algorithm based on prediction model of linear system is presented. According to the unit-step response model and the output of the temperature measurement, the true temperature value of the environment is derived reversely by this algorithm. On the basis of the demand of the method, the function modules and system framework are analyzed, and the system software flow is expounded. The rapid measurement experiment on slow varying temperature shows that the real temperature can be predict by this system and only in several sample time. Through further simulation analysis, it is found that the system has a strong adaptability, good stability and can make a quick prediction for linear system.
