Abstract

The stochastic frontier model is used to measure the RD innovation outputs show spatial effect which has significant positive impact on innovation efficiency; there is significant U type relationship between firm size and RD government financial support has a significant negative impact on R&D innovation efficiency, government tax support has a significant positive effect on R&D innovation efficiency. Regional science and technology level and regional economic level have no significant effect on the R&D innovation efficiency.
