Abstract

With the rise and development of the logistics industry, logistics education has received increasing attention. While most of schools even do not meet the real demand of companies to logistics personnel. In this paper we collected a large number of logistics recruitment information, and classified the information into four categories: storage, transport and production logistics according to the job content. Then in each category we extracted the raw data and statistically showed them as work experience, education, ability and character, which are made up of the human resource quality structure of logistics personnel.
