Abstract

Nuclear power project construction adopts the general contracting model, which covers four aspects: design, procurement, construction and commissioning. The evaluation of project quality performance in the construction process affects the quality decision of the project. Project quality performance evaluation is to grasp the key factors affecting the quality in the complex management process, and carry on the quantitative analysis of the construction quality. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is a scientific method for quantitative analysis of qualitative problems. This paper puts forward an evaluation method for the quality performance of nuclear engineering projects.
