Abstract

The shaft laser alignment instrument is composed of a laser emission module and a position sensitive detector (PSD). For the problem that the PSD used in the laser alignment instrument has a greater effect on the laser spot quality and the background light of the test environment, in order to improve the measurement accuracy of the laser alignment, a PSD anti-jamming system based on the cross correlation algorithm is designed. In this paper, the mathematical model of the algorithm is used to compensate the position error of the shaft laser instrument, and the corresponding hardware implementation method is given. The experimental platform is built by using the PI micro displacement platform. The experimental results show that the system can effectively improve the detection accuracy of the laser system on the shaft without increasing the cost and the complexity of the equipment.
