Abstract

Satellite communication is widely used in the construction of power communication networks due to its wide coverage area, large communication capacity and stable communication quality. With the full rise of the energy Internet, one-to-one protocol conversion is adopted to solve the power satellite communication system. The problem that the acquisition layer and the communication layer protocol do not match has been difficult to adapt to the development of multi-services in the grid. In view of this, this paper first analyzes the characteristics of satellite communication and transmission protocol and the traditional protocol of power service. Based on the analysis of the evolution trend of traditional power protocol to IEC61850, a power satellite communication system combining IEC61850 and layered design is proposed. The gateway protocol conversion scheme finally analyzes the protocol stack and conversion process of the protocol conversion gateway, and expounds the rationality of the gateway design.
