Abstract

This paper has summarized of all kinds of protein structure prediction method, the authors try to use Ab initio calculations protein structure prediction method, in this method, the database by protein structure known as learning samples configuration data, get Boltzmann function related parameters, then through distribution principle launch a energy function, this function can separate protein right conformation; Secondly, by using the genetic algorithm to search, find potential energy and the global minimum points on potential energy function in the genetic algorithm, the protein spatial structure, encoded, determine the initial set scale, selection algorithm and crossover probability and mutation probability, and eventually find parameters such as the optimal solution.
