Abstract
Scheduling is the core element that constrains workshop capacity in manufacturing industry. This paper studies the scheduling problems encountered in the construction of intelligent factory in the traditional packaging and printing industry. firstly, this paper uses Plant Simulation software to establish a high-similarity simulation model of printing production, and fully considers the actual production constraints in combination with the Simtalk programming language, based on the real production data of a domestic packaging and printing enterprise. Then based on Genetic Algorithm (GA) to minimize the maximum production time to optimize the printing production scheduling. Finally, analysis scheduling problems combined with the scheduling optimization results and the actual production situation of the enterprise. The research results of this paper innovate and verify the traditional scheduling analysis and optimization methods of intelligent construction process in packaging and printing industry.
