Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Third-Party Evaluation in Chinese Government Performance Evaluation Based on Interpretative Structural Equation Model

Abstract

At present, my country is still in the initial exploration stage in the practice of third-party evaluation of government performance. This article explores the practical process of third-party evaluation of government performance in my country, and analyzes the current difficulties faced by third-party government performance evaluation in my country, such as lack of legal protection and information communication mechanisms. There are many issues such as the application of evaluation results. It also attempts to quantitatively analyze the internal mechanism of interaction between different constraints from the interpretative structural modeling (ISM). To establish and improve the third-party evaluation system, one can try from legislative guarantees, information disclosure, third-party independence, etc., so as to effectively establish and implement a third-party government performance evaluation mechanism, and correctly handle government and third-party institutions (such as social The relationship between the public and intermediary evaluation agencies and other subjects) promotes the healthy development of my country’ s third-party government performance evaluation.
