Abstract
Aiming at the over maintenance and under maintenance problems of key components of high-speed railway bogie, a preventive opportunistic maintenance strategy based on mixed failure rate is proposed. A mixed failure rate model is established by combining the service age correction factor and the failure rate increasing factor, and the optimal preventive maintenance interval of a single component is determined according to the reliability requirements. Considering the economic correlation between components, the opportunistic maintenance strategy is introduced, and the quadratic interpolation method is used to optimize the reliability threshold of opportunistic maintenance, so as to obtain the optimal opportunistic maintenance cost. The model is solved and analyzed by a specific example, and the maintenance strategy is simulated and optimized by genetic algorithm. The research results show that the opportunistic maintenance strategy can reduce the maintenance times and save the maintenance cost while ensuring the reliability of each component, which verifies the effectiveness of the model.
