Abstract
In the aviation manufacturing industry, the single aircraft assembly process needs thousands of standard parts, more than one hundred thousand, and tens of thousands of assembly processes, the product assembly process used in the standard parts specifications, the number of traceability has strict requirements. However, the current method of manual selection is difficult to guarantee the accuracy of specifications and quantities in the process of standard parts selection. Once the specifications and quantities of standard parts used are wrong, it is easy to cause changes in the load-carrying capacity of the whole machine or to produce redundant materials, finally, the safety, fatigue life and stability of the aircraft are affected. Aiming at the above-mentioned outstanding problems, in the process of automatic selection of standard parts, the precise selection of specification and quantity of standard parts is realized in the process of automatic selection of standard parts for aircraft assembly, ensure the quality of product assembly.
