Abstract

This article is based on the background of internet micro-era, uses the literature material method, experimental method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and case analysis method, analyzes the problems and challenges of physical education teaching in universities under the crisis and new situation. This study grasps the learning characteristics of the new era, takes basketball curriculum for example to build the framework of innovative physical education teaching mode, puts forward the implementation of specific path. The teaching experiment comparatively analysis the universities sports teaching effect of practice innovation model from students knowledge, physical quality, sports skills, interaction between teachers and students four aspects. The results show that the two teaching modes can effectively improve the four indicators of students. The innovative basketball teaching mode realizes the complementary advantages of traditional teaching and online teaching, effectively integrates into the curriculum ideological and political education, and enhances students' cognition of basketball course, and Significantly improves girls' standing long jump performance. The evaluation results of students' motor skills were significantly different before and after the experiment. In the course of teaching, the interaction between teachers and students increases obviously.
