Research on Practical Teaching Reform and Practical Teaching System Design of Hotel Management Major in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

At present, the teaching reform is going on in full swing, providing new ideas for the development of new characteristic specialties in various universities. According to the characteristics of different students and the development situation of current education reform, colleges and universities should adjust some majors and reform related courses. The teaching design, teaching system and overall curriculum arrangement of the current professional courses are adjusted to meet the requirements of the current educational development. The major of hotel management is an important major established in colleges and universities. The most important learning goal of students majoring in hotel management is hotel service. Therefore, they should focus on learning knowledge about hotel service in daily professional learning, lay a solid foundation for future work practice and turn what they have learned into theoretical guidance for practical actions to reflect the value of this major.
