Abstract
The fluctuation of photovoltaic system output power will lead to frequent action of power grid dispatching equipment, which will cause difficulties to power grid dispatching, and even cause misoperation of protection equipment in serious cases. In order to solve this practical problem, the research method of active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) is adopted in this paper. Firstly, the photovoltaic smoothing target is obtained by tracking differentiator (TD), which provides conditions for photovoltaic power smoothing. Secondly, by using liner extended state observer (LESO) and liner state error feedback (LSEF) to track the signal quickly and accurately, the smooth output of photovoltaic power is realized finally. Considering the charged state and output limits of the energy storage system, the power generation on a certain day in East China was taken as the experimental data, and the simulation experiment is carried out by Matlab/Simulink platform. The results show that the algorithm can effectively control the power fluctuation of the point of common coupling (PCC) of photovoltaic system.
