Abstract

Power dependability represents the comprehensive management level of power supply enterprises in many aspects such as power network operation, maintenance, construction and transformation. Due to the continuous progress of regional, urban and rural economy, the load intensity of power network is further increased, and the scale of urban medium pressure distribution network is becoming increasingly complicated and huge. In order to ensure the normal and reliable operation of power and reduce the impact of power failure on residents' daily life and production, power enterprises began to apply the live action technology of 10kV distribution network according to the actual operation of distribution network, and achieved good application results in practical projects. The connection mode of urban medium pressure distribution network directly affects the dependability, economy and power dependability of distribution network. Under the background of lagging construction of distribution network, uninterrupted operation of distribution network is the most direct technical means to improve the dependability of distribution network power supply. Aiming at the urban medium pressure distribution network, this paper constructs an analysis model based on uninterrupted operation, and makes multi-objective optimization on the connection mode of urban medium pressure distribution network around the indexes of power supply economy, dependability and power dependability.
