Abstract

With the development of industry, the demand for permanent magnet synchronous motor rotation position in some industries is gradually increasing. In order to better solve this problem, this paper introduces position loop on the basis of the original double closed-loop control system, forming a permanent magnet synchronous motor three closed-loop control system. In order to control and simulate the control method of DC motor conveniently, this paper uses vector control method to decouple flux and torque through coordinate transformation, and forms a plane reference coordinate system oriented by rotor flux. The parameters of current loop, speed loop and position loop are adjusted by the vector control model of permanent magnet synchronous motor. Finally, the simulation analysis is carried out in MATLAB/Simulink, and the results are compared with the double closed-loop control system. The results prove that the three closed-loop control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor can control the motor rotation position on the basis of fast response and meet the industrial demand.
