Abstract

In view of the point-to-point motion of the packaging equipment and the requirements for high speed, high acceleration and high precision, the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor of the packaging equipment is mathematically modeled, and the speed planning is carried out. Finally, three closed-loop and feedforward control are adopted. The simulation results show that the three closed-loop and feedforward control methods can meet the high speed, high acceleration and high precision requirements of the packaged equipment.
