Abstract
Chinese Archaeology From 1989 to 1998 Persian pottery vessels were unearthed in succession in Yangzhou 扬州 and Fuzhou 福 州. Later the same vessels were unearthed in ten places in Guilin 桂林 and Rongxian 容县 of Guangxi 广西. The vessels, with contemporary porcelain pieces, were found in the same cultural deposits undisturbed. With no doubt these scarce materials are well worth studying. On the basis of the collection of the related materials and careful analysis, we have formed some views and would like to publish them for our counterparts’ reference.
