Abstract
As far as the Grand Theatre is concerned, it is the core carrier of carrying culture, and it is also an indispensable and important component of cultural undertakings. Based on green energy saving and emission reduction technology, this paper studies the performance layout of grand theatre, establishes BIM (Building Information Model) model with three different Programme, and uses software to simulate energy consumption and analyse thermal comfort of architectural design Programme. Then, according to these working conditions, the indoor design temperature is determined and the building energy consumption is simulated and analysed. It is concluded that when the indoor relative humidity increases from 30% to 50%, the temperature decreases from 24.3 °C to 15.5 °C, and the relative humidity decreases when the indoor temperature increases. According to the different assumptions of the value chain of the Grand Theatre, specific value chain management models of the Grand Theatre are established at macro and micro levels respectively. The establishment of the model enables the value chain theory to be implemented from the conceptual category to the specific operation and management optimization, and deepens the theoretical research on the competitive strategy of the Grand Theatre.
