Abstract
This study constructed the index system to test the effect of tourism management talents in the mode of school-enterprise interactive training, with combining the basic features of the reform in tourism higher education and using the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the model. In addition, through the empirical analysis of the interactive training model data of tourism management talents from innovation pilot area in the National Tourism Management reform school, this paper proved the effectiveness and feasibility of multilevel fuzzy evaluation method in tourism management talents training in the mode of interactive school-enterprise training. And systemic mechanism establishment and the interaction in the whole process have great importance for tourism management talents training.
