Abstract
Abstract In this paper, a peak current predictive control algorithm based on discrete disturbance observer is proposed for BOOST converter. Compared with typical peak current predictive control algorithms, the proposed algorithm does not require additional a sensor to measure the input voltage in real time. The minimum beat tuning method of discrete disturbance observer is presented. It is proved that the inductance current tracks the reference value after two sampling cycles and eliminates input voltage disturbance after five sampling cycles. Simulation and experimental show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
