Abstract

In recent years, modern trams have developed rapidly, and their track detection technology has become increasingly mature. For track detection cars, accurately acquiring the attitude angle, speed and position mileage of the car in real time is the prerequisite for detecting other geometric parameters. However, for tram market in China, which started late, there is no efficient detection method at present. Therefore, this paper proposes a strap-down inertial measurement system suitable for track detection vehicles, which collects linear accelerated velocity and angular velocity data through accelerometer and gyroscope to obtain the attitude angle, speed, position and mileage of the track cars efficiently and accurately in real time. Experiments have verified that the system has high accuracy and good stability, which provides a guarantee for the geometric parameter detection of modern trams.
