Abstract
The role of the Pallet Pooling System is to achieve the efficient circulation of logistics and resources. Building a Pallet Pooling System on the basis of the Closed-Loop Supply Chain is easy to implement for China. Gradual establishment of a Pallet Pooling System in China is very important for the development of green logistics. This paper chooses the best recycling program by using the genetic algorithm to solve the problem of pallet recycling. Finally, it provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of the Pallet Pooling System.
