Abstract

In this paper, the scheduling problem of mixed model assembly line is studied. By analyzing the key objectives of mixed model assembly line scheduling, the modeling principle is determined, and the multi-objective optimization model of mixed model assembly line scheduling is constructed with the goal of homogenizing the consumption rate of parts and minimizing the maximum processing cycle. The genetic algorithm is used to select appropriate algorithm parameters to solve the model, and the optimal scheduling sequence scheme is obtained, An example is given to prove the correctness and effectiveness of the optimal scheduling results.
