Abstract

With the improvement of residents' consumption level and the change of diet concept, the consumption of fresh produce in China is increasing year by year. At the same time, people also have higher requirements for the quality and price of fresh produce. However, due to the relatively backward development level of cold chain in China, the regional distribution of fresh cold chain foods such as fruits, vegetables and aquatic products is uneven, and there are some problems in the development of cold chain, such as high distribution cost and large product loss. The collaborative optimization of location and distribution path of fresh produce cold chain DC (Distribution Center) has become the focus of research in this field. Collaborative optimization of the location and distribution path of fresh produce cold chain DC can improve the operation efficiency of the whole cold chain, reduce the loss of fresh produce and ensure the quality of fresh produce, so as to reduce the overall operation cost of cold chain and promote the healthy development of cold chain. However, in the actual distribution process, there are still many problems, which have a great impact on the whole logistics industry. It is of great significance to reduce the distribution cost. The development of modern science and technology makes many advanced technologies used in life. The application of GLS in fresh produce cold chain distribution plays a great role in the whole logistics industry.
