Abstract

With the continuous improvement of requirements in spaceborne SAR imaging technology, Spaceborne SAR real-time imaging processing system based on FPGA has become a method to realize the rapid real-time imaging of spaceborne SAR. The paper conducts a feasibility study on spaceborne SAR real-time imaging technology. Based on the current development and status of spaceborne SAR real-time imaging technology, a feasible research direction and technical route are proposed. In terms of hardware, the real-time imaging algorithm is implemented in an FPGA by reconstructing the FPGA hardware architecture. In terms of software algorithm, based on the traditional CS imaging algorithm, the algorithm is further optimized for different scenarios, which is more suitable for improved algorithms for hardware applications.
