Abstract

The digital substation is an important part of the new power system, and it is a modern substation for information sharing and interoperability between intelligent electrical equipment in the substation. In the context of the further increase in the technical complexity of equipment and the stricter requirements for operation and maintenance management, it has become very important to formulate an efficient operation and maintenance management model. This paper firstly analyzes the main problems existing in the operation and maintenance of digital substations, and clarifies the requirements of operation and maintenance management. Secondly, the evaluation index system of the operation and maintenance management mode is established. Then, the applicability of various operation and maintenance modes is analyzed by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Evaluation and calculation, according to the calculation results, the optimal selection scheme is obtained, which provides a new idea for improving the operation and maintenance management level of digital substations under the new power system.
