Abstract

Large enterprises are in the external environment, and the external environment changes. Large enterprises must respond to internal changes to ensure the healthy development of the enterprise. The process of enterprise management is a dynamic process of managing internal and external changes. With different operating mechanisms of an enterprise, enterprises have different ways, speeds, and ranges of response to internal and external environments. The core content of this article, based on the analysis of the operating mechanism structure of large enterprises and the impact of informatization on the operating mechanism of large enterprises, formulates design goals and principles, and establishes the basic structure of the operating mechanism of large enterprises based on informatization.
