Abstract

For the heat balance and thermal efficiency calculation of the cement rotary kiln firing system, the heat of cement clinker formation plays an important role in energy consumption. In the detailed energy consumption analysis of the cement firing system, the heat of clinker formation has different energy distributions in different production processes of the cement firing system. Aiming at the problem that the energy consumed by the clinker forming thermal rotary kiln cannot be monitored in real time, this paper proposes an online monitoring study based on least squares support vector machine. Through analysis and research, the input variables such as kiln head cover temperature are used, and the least squares support vector machine model is used for data training to obtain the energy value of energy consumption of clinker forming thermal rotary kiln. The results show that the energy consumption model of thermal rotary kiln based on least squares support vector machine for clinker formation can realize real-time monitoring of rotary kiln energy consumption. It is of great significance for the analysis of energy consumption of cement rotary kiln.
