Abstract

Cable is one of the important components of the airborne system, which is responsible for the transmission of energy and information between systems, in view of the actual demand of frequent occurrence of aircraft cable faults and the lack of efficient and accurate cable fault detection methods, the influence of different cable material characteristics on the signal transmission rate and the principle of impedance mismatch are used, a test signal with significant autocorrelation characteristics and anti-noise interference is designed. On this basis, the software and hardware design of the line fault detection and location system is further carried out, and the experimental verification is carried out. The results show that the device can realize the online detection and accurate location of cable faults, provide theoretical reference for the detection and location of aviation cable faults, and provide decision support for cable fault early warning and active maintenance.
