Abstract
With the continuous improvement of the energy consumption revolution and the electric power system reformation, energy storage (ES) market showed large-scale development trend. However, the information management level of distributed energy storage (DES) resource is generally low, resulting in utilization rate of DES resources is quite low and diversified business value is not fully exploited. Based on the concept of shared ES, this paper provide an architecture for network operation platform for DES, which supports the deepening interaction between the DES and power grid system in the context of market-oriented. Aimed at the temporal and spatial dispersion characteristics of DES are strong, a hierarchical power optimization dispatching strategy is presented, which can realize the optimization of the benefit of the platform operator and the owners of the DES system. Finally, the validity of the control strategy is worked out by sim-ulation analysis.
