Abstract

IR-UWB applications in indoor localization, is to fill the gaps in the indoor high precision localization technology. IR-UWB has a high bandwidth, low power consumption and no carrier. The pulse signal can provide high time resolution, so it can get higher localization accuracy. Network Scalability is an important step in the development of UWB indoor localization system. Owing to its fine resolution and robustness in cluttered environments, UWB signals are well suited for localization purposes as they allow high ranging accuracy. In this paper, one anchor uses TOA synergy AOA based on the IR-UWB signal. And we use these anchors to organize a location network to implement multipoint positioning.
