Abstract

Without additional investment and resource input, distribution dispatcher can change the overall structure of distribution network through the optimization of switch combination, thereby adjusting the operation structure of distribution network. In this paper, a multi-objective power distribution network reconfiguration model optimization algorithm is proposed. The objective function is selected as the minimum loss and the optimal load balance and power supply reliability index, which can meet the load rate and voltage offset conditions when reducing the network loss and improving the power quality and reliability. In the reliability calculation, the Monte Carlo method of equal dispersion sampling is used to calculate the average value of multiple subinterval states and test functions, which can effectively improve the speed and accuracy of calculation. Finally, an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed multi-objective network reconfiguration method, and the optimal solution set of multi-objective network reconfiguration scheme with both security and reliability is obtained.
