Abstract

In the process of urban development, the urban water body has been polluted, resulting in the phenomenon of black and odor, which has become a prominent environmental problem. Remote sensing technology has become a new means of urban black and odorous water monitoring because of its macro, synchronous and continuous monitoring characteristics. In particular, high-resolution images provide data for urban black and odorous water monitoring. Combined with the remote sensing identification and evaluation model of black and odorous water, it can realize large-scale, dynamic and rapid monitoring of urban black and odorous water. At present, the common monitoring methods of black and odorous water body mainly use a single index model for modeling, which has low accuracy, and there will be edge loss or river disconnection. Therefore, combined with the principle of urban black and smelly water body, this paper studies the multi index identification model, and selects Jinan in Shandong to verify the algorithm and model. The results show that the calculation accuracy of the multi-index identification model is better, which can effectively support the application of urban black and odorous water body identification.
