Abstract

The key content of video image processing and analysis is the detection and tracking of moving objects, and it is also the focus and important research field of computer vision. It has important applications in unmanned operation, defense industry, human-computer interaction, image processing and other fields. In this paper, under the development environment of Spyder and Opencv, the autonomous adaptability of Camshift tracking algorithm is combined with kalman filter algorithm, so the moving target detection and tracking in video monitoring is realized by using python language.
