Abstract

In view of the serious refraction and reflection of radio wave transmission in the complex environment of coal mines, serious multipath fading occurs, which affects the performance of the communication system. Therefore, we presents a simulated annealing algorithm to optimize the kernel function and regularization function parameters in LS-SVM, and establishes a wireless channel path loss model based on LS-SVM. Comparing the optimized and improved model based on the SA algorithm with the traditional model, the MATLAB simulation experiment results show that the SA+LS-SVM model is significantly superior to the pre-optimized model and the traditional model in prediction accuracy, and can more effectively predict the fading change to the channel Condition.
