Abstract

The wind power generation system can provide support for my country's energy transition, meet the requirements of the new power system with new energy as the main body, and achieve the “dual carbon” goal. In order to better study the stability of wind power systems after being connected to the power grid, an electromagnetic transient model that takes into account the efficiency of regional power grid simulation and accurately simulates the dynamic characteristics of the wind power system needs to be established. Based on the operating principle of permanent magnet direct drive wind power generation system, this paper studies its control strategy, and builds an electromagnetic transient model of the grid system containing permanent magnet direct drive wind turbines in the advanced digital power system simulator (ADPSS) of the power system. Through simulation analysis, the correctness of the electromagnetic transient model of the permanent magnet direct-drive wind power generation system and its control system is verified, which provides a reference for the study of interconnected power grids containing new energy.
